Home Condition Survey

 

Also known as a 'homebuyers' or a Level 2 survey.
This is our most popular service. It is recommended for properties that are in reasonable condition and of a standard size. We are local Surveyors who understand the local area.

Building Survey

Also known as a Level 3:

The highest level of a non-invasive survey that surveyors usually carry out during the home-buying process.

​

A Building Survey is recommended for properties that are complex, in poor condition, or of a very large size.
